Innovation and learning at the center of everything

In 2023, Agro-EcoVillage  decided to put innovation and learning at the center of everything it does. Thus, every project implemented by Agro-EcoVillage goes through the testing stage before being scaled up. The implementation of an Agro-EcoVillage project follows four stages:
(1) Identifying the needs of target populations,
(2) Prospecting for innovative, sustainable and accessible solutions
(3) Design, implementation and testing of a pilot micro-project based on identified innovative, sustainable and accessible solutions,
(4) Scale-up of the innovative pilot project based on the results of the test phase and available funding.
