Rigorous Evaluation by Independents Research Firms
Agro-EcoVillage conducts rigorous independent research to evaluate the impact of its actions through Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs). RCTs are generally conducted by a third party and measure impact more precisely, guarantee attribution and provide independent validation.
Adaptative and Performance Management
Agro-EcoVillage invests resources (human, financial and technical) in its internal monitoring-evaluation and learning system in order to assess the progress of its actions and learn effectively from them, enabling it to make appropriate adaptations based on the evidence. By using adaptive management, Agro-EcoVillage can proactively identify problems and find evidence-based solutions.
Internal Monitoring and Evaluation
Agro-EcoVillage regularly monitors its actions to ensure a high quality of program delivery; these include the use of technology and rigorous methods in data collection and beneficiary selection, the quality of action implementation, progress surveys with beneficiaries and control groups. Internal critical sessions are organized to capitalize on best practices and innovate where necessary.
