At Agro-EcoVillage, innovation and learning are at the center of everything we do. We are relentless in our pursuit of greater impact. Never satisfied with the status quo, we use data to drive innovation and decision-making. And we invest in rigorous evaluation to ensure impact, enhance learning and inform decision-making within our team.
Every project implemented by Agro-EcoVillage goes through the testing stage before being taken to scale. The implementation of an Agro-EcoVillage project follows four stages:
- Identifying the needs of target populations;
- Prospecting for innovative, sustainable and accessible solutions;
- Design, implementation and testing of a pilot micro-project based on identified innovative, sustainable and accessible solutions;
- Scale-up of the innovative pilot project based on the results of the test phase and available funding.
In all these steps, Agro-EcoVillage prioritizes three transversal themes :
- Climate change;
- Gender; and
- Use of Digital technologies.
